@thestormandsky I had something similar happen very recently when my power supply failed and hard drives on the SATA ports lost power. Windows took forever to boot, etc. Fixed by replacing power supply and doing a system file scan/repair.

1 day into new PC build, external drive freezes, forcing hard restart and here I am, already trying to repair windows and its now 10 minute restarts. Probably a bit longer. It's annoying just how easily file explorer flakes out and results in such shit.

Nice viewing of the comet from the foothills west of Boulder tonight! A few unedited shots from my Canon 6D. Exposures range from 4-8 s with ISO 3200-6400 and a variety of focal lengths. Antitail clearly visible! Hope to do some better editing and stacking when I get a chance!
