Congrats to RCS Superintendent Dr. Rodney Shotwell, who has been recognized by the North Carolina High School Athletic Association for his efforts to support the state’s athletic governing body. Dr. Shotwell is the recipient of the 2020-2021 Bob McRae Superintendent of the Year.
