Colorado voters overwhelmingly voted to abolish slavery 8 years ago. It shouldn’t take a 4-year class action for thousands of incarcerated people to make Gov. Polis follow the Constitution. Forced labor rebranded as “job skills training” is still slavery. Don't appeal. End it.
