Biopic that wasn't loaded w/ inaccuracies. Look up Ray Charles talking about Ray. They try to give it a happy ending to close out but their lives go on. All it takes is 1 google & you'll find most of them have timelines messed up composite characters, etc

James Gunn’s Supergirl could have started out HAPPY.
She could be a non-drinker.
She could sing in the choir.
She could mentor young girls.
She could be in a loving relationship with a good man.
She could have a genuinely wonderful life…
…and then, when something threatens Earth, she springs into action.
That’s what a true hero does.
Instead, she’s the opposite of all that — a hard-drinking, cynical, messed-up anti-hero with heavy baggage.
And we’re apparently supposed to root for her JUST because she’s a woman.
But here's the other thing: she's NOT a woman.
She's the angry feminist's caricature of a woman.
Not hot enough to attract the male gaze.
Not feminine enough to bring the female audience.
