@runliftrunlift I did MAF training for a lot of my marathons & improved heaps. My shorter distance times improved too!

Base building is wild Most runners don’t realize how fast you can get just on base Was chatting with a guy Did MAF only. No speed work at all. Started out 6:30/km & progressively got faster Was running 20km days for months All MAF no speed Did a 2:55 marathon on that alone 🤯
