I've been coaching walking football sessions last cple weeks, 67 yr old bloke said to me today. Thank you so much son, I'm widowed, rarely leave home at night, lucky if I see a cple of people in a week, now I feel alive, I'm sweating, laughing & kicking a ball around with friends
