Pasta isn’t “a carb”. it has carbs (inc. beneficial fibre!) but it also fats & proteins. The ratio of carbs:protein in pasta is about 5:1 BUT the energy recs are 45-65% carbs & 10-35% proteins, so ratio wise (given they both contribute the same energy) pasta is actually 👌!

I’ve had a great week in Tassie, building relationships and exploring partnership opportunities. The weather was gorgeous! A shoutout to the ground staff at Launceston airport, one of their X-ray machines is broken and there’s a long queue but it’s being managed really well 😀
