A big shoutout to @Bitdefender, our partner, as the antivirus flagged a very popular software called ScreenConnect, which scammers use to steal money from the public remotely by monitoring their computers. @Malwarebytes did not flag ScreenConnect, which we also scanned on the same computer. We then checked the system backend, where we fully disabled and deleted any remnants of ScreenConnect.
