Correct me if I'm wrong, but the @NCISAA1 Piedmont Triad Athletic Conference has to be the toughest basketball conference not only in NC, but the entire Southeast. Caldwell Academy, Calvary Day, Forsyth Country Day, Greensboro Day, High Point Christian, Wesleyan Christian, & Westchester @Phenom_Hoops

@CoachDaniels06 I agree that AD's should welcome offers from any school for their athletes. BUT...it's hard to believe a smart coach didn't offer the kid JUSTbecause the AD has an opinion about the level he can play at. Maybe there's some more context to that situation that we don't have.

I got a call from a parent yesterday. A coach from the NAIA level came out to watch his son play last Friday night. The kid has no offers. The coach was ready to offer the kid and spoke with the AD about it. The AD told the coach that the kid was better than the NAIA level, so he didn't offer. High school administration and coaches don't kill an opportunity for a kid based on your opinion.

I've always had the mindset while coaching. The more you complain, the less time you have to focus on coaching, and you set the tone for players to complain and not stay focused on the game.
