@russconklin Technically, no. Rubrik doesn't currently support taking an on demand log backup with the NORECOVERY keyword. Your can still take an on demand log backup, is just that the database will stay online.

.@Mike_Fal can I take a tail-log backup with the Rubrik PowerShell module?
