Yesterday i jumped 20-11 (pr) and 42-6(matched previous pr) which both qualify me for States and National! #AGTG

Competed at Commonwealth Games and placed 1st in my age group for Triple Jump (2nd overall) and 3rd in Long Jump

Another pr day! Finally broke the 20 ft and 41 feet barrier in triple and long jump new pr 20-3 in long jump and 41-3.50 in triple!

Pr’d in the 100m from 12.04 to 11.38 and in the 200m from 24.70 to 23.60 placing 5th overall in both events (Lane 3 in 100m, Lane 1 in 200m). Hoping to have a great outdoor season!

Competed in the first outdoor meet of the season. 11.30 in the 100, 22.97 in the 200, and 52.18 in the 400! These are state qualifying times except the 400, but I can’t officially qualify due to not enough teams being there. Holding to show out like this at a bigger meet. C/O 25

Recap of Adidas 2023 indoor nationals Ran 1st leg of the 4x2 relay ran a 23 split And helped our team get a pr of 1:33.4

I want to take a moment to show my progression since starting indoor track my junior year. Pr was a 7.29 last year and started this indoor season running a time trial of 7.27 and finishing with a 6.77.

Ran 39.57 at The Region 3C track I was unable to hit the time to qualify for states; missing it by .06 seconds. Still have work to do which is clear in the video. Now I need to focus on States, Nationals and Outdoor season.

Yesterday was amazing I jumped at the District Meet at Heritage. I jumped a pr of 18-6.1/2 for long jump and I jumped a pr of 39-3 for long jump which places me top 5 in the district which moves me on into regionals!

Had fun yesterday at the JV invitational meet at Heritage HS. Jumped at 38-2.1/2 (2nd) which is a PR and jumped 18-5.1/2 (5th) which is also a PR

Ran the 4x200 last Saturday (2nd leg) and made it to States and Nationals with a time of 1:34.35

Ran as the 4th leg in our 4x200 team today. Ran a split of 23.18 and the team ran a total time of 1:34.35; qualifying for states and Adidias Nationals! Also ran the 4x4 and had a split time of 52 seconds. (last leg in longer video) C/O 25

Ran a new PR of 37.39 in the 300m dash at the Walter Bass Invitational. Hoping to reach the state qualifying time of 37.33 by the end of the season!
