What’s up with Mindscraft?
We’ve continued building, but we've also paused our communications to reassess our strategy. Parts of the early vision still hold true; other parts needed to be changed. The goal now is fewer abstract promises and more shipping that drives real product success and user growth.
Two things have shifted:
▪️ First, retail interest in AI is softer than it used to be. That puts a question mark on “anyone can build an agent” as a primary growth engine. An open platform is great, but in this market, it won’t move the needle by itself therefore, we’re opening a lane that’s less market-dependent: slower on the surface, more durable in practice, more Web2/B2B. We’re already working with partners on support agents for retail e-commerce, TikTok utility agents, AI-influencer infrastructure, and more. These paths require testing and real operations. It can feel slow by Web3 standards, but it compounds.
▪️Secondly, we still call “Solana” home, but the “casino chain” dynamic is real. Average holding times keep shrinking from days to minutes. For a utility-first product, that creates a negative multiplier. We’re talking with a couple of ecosystems where utility is valued and our stack is complementary. This isn’t about “leaving”—it’s about prioritizing business outcomes and risk management.
How this affects $MINDS: we’re steering it toward a developer-company style token (Graphite Protocol style). Holders should accrue value from future products via mechanisms like revenue share, buybacks, or targeted airdrops (details to follow). In that sense, MEMEROT was an early experiment: a real product with real potential. If price is your only scoreboard, you’ll miss how these efforts stack. There isn’t a single “money button.” Hyper-runners usually show up after ten disciplined attempts, not one.
Reality check: tokens are risky. Startups are risky. Only a small fraction becomes outliers. Mindscraft launched fair—no presale, no bundles—and the team hasn’t sold a single token since Schizo launched. We are staying through all the market perturbations.
What’s next: tighten the product loop, land more B2B integrations, and keep shipping things users can touch. Less noise, more measurable progress. Thanks for the patience and for keeping us honest. We’re not done.
