Got to create a simple little graphic for a friend of mine promoting his new plushie. Gave him multiple versions to choose from and had a little fun with it along the way. Mainly messed around with blending layers, patterns, colors, and gradients after deciding on fonts.

@Miragefolf Best of luck on your job interview! I've been jobless for almost 4 months now after I left my previous job due to toxic working environment and no career growth. I finally got an offer from last month, I can't wait to start a new job next month

Finally after all this time applying for jobs in the background (since graduation), I finally have an interview next week. People are not kidding when they say job searching is tough. It takes a toll on you. Best you can do is stay resilient and keep improving your skill set.

I always find these weird balloons attacking me the same day every year. All jokes aside, thank you for all the wishes and letting me into your lives. I know that this upcoming year in my life will be a big one!

Next project! This one is called "The Pale Blue Dot". It's taken from an excerpt of a novel created by Carl Sagan. Carl Sagan was an American Astronomer and planetary scientist who left a big impact before passing away. The audio used is himself narrating his own novel.

This project to me was a bit more challenging. This project is my Be Good Humans PSA. I'm not the best with illustrations but I decided to go ahead and give this a try. This project uses illustrations and drawings I made in Procreate and then animated it in Adobe After Effects.

Next project to showcase, from the demo reel, is the Sleep Sync Ad. The main focus of this project was to use kinetic typography to create a compelling video advertising a fictional app called Sleep Sync. Everything shown was created in Adobe After Effects.

First project I want to showcase is my Fresh-Ade Commercial. Fresh-Ade is a conceptualized beverage brand that creates lemonade with electrolytes in it to boost your day. I used Cinema 4D for the models and used Adobe After Effects for animating the logo.

Yes, I know it has my name on it. That's for professional reasons though. 😅

I've been asked: "Mirage, what have you been up to lately?" My answer is this demo reel. Projects shown here will be posted over time so you all can see what I've been up to and studying. If you want to see them sooner and, in more depth, they'll all be on my website.
