This weekend #YPSP7 had our first residential of 2026✨we spend the weekend working hard on various ongoing projects, then we got to enjoy some rugby fun and a workshop with some of the young ambassador team, looking forward to the year ahead🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️🏈 @sportscotland

⭐️GIRLS IN SPORT⭐️ What a fantastic weekend competing in Cheer Dance UKs Blackpool competition. What an experience getting to dance in the tower. Higher age categories in competitions like these encourage women and girls to stay in sport longer. 💃 #activegirls @sportscotland
