I’ve quit smoking finally. Only been a week but before when I tried I’d barely go a day. No cravings, I’m doing alright. Also have cut back my drinking a lot. Was 15-30 beers a night down now to anything from 0-5. Only had 2 tonight. Had none last 2 nights. Tryin to fix me.
