I had Avocado Toast for the first time today and did a little Golfing...n*gga I was TRASHHHHH...but I loved it and it was very relaxing...sun was out with a chill breeze...I want to learn how to golf forreal lol

Looks like you're using a 58 there or something like that so a mic like that will naturally roll off the low end and generally deals with high SPL a lot better

Passing around the lavalier mic like its a dynamic stage mic is lunacy... I've had one dude do that to me after a performance before 💀 & I have a huge rep for FOH having to turn their gain down A LOT for me damn near everywhere I speak 😅😂

The small content mic literacy crisis is so sad to see. The small mics were always supposed to be clipped or hidden! The audio sounds crazy near your mouth! And not 1 person has invented an aesthetic “mic holder” yet….the production assistant consciousness within me weeps.

@theAV8R_ Yeah I mean you've got a big deep voice right?
So... big voice tiny capsule kind of thing. Especially up close it's going to exaggerate the low end with proximity effect so it's probably overloading the capsule

@_TruckDog_ @RB_RockBottom I actually wouldn't mind if mine is a bit unusual. What else is it for if not to get people to notice you? If they notice your business card is a bit unusual at least they're thinking of you

@MixRPD @RB_RockBottom You just nailed it. That sentence should be the first thing they tell you in graphic design courses on branding. It should resonate (whatever that means for each brand). Beyond that, don't spend a ton of time.
