@Mappy6984 Both of them were wrong. To the biker; You don’t overtake on the right because the vehicle might also be turning right. To the Cyclist; you should be closer to the curb when trying to turn right. There’s an assumed lane within that lane and the cyclist is on the left side.

Bicycles do not belong on roadways. Point blank period.
