@shivon im always role playing in my thoughts, very visual but also my head feels constantly cluttered with noise until I fall asleep and then i start dreaming very lucid things...

When you think, what medium do you tend to think in? Would be very curious to hear how you’d describe the base unit(s) of your thoughts and how they feel to you. I assumed what happens in my head was similar to everyone else but have been surprised by how varied thought can be.

I quit nicotine a couple of years ago which was way more addicting so I back myself here.

Quitting coffee. Wish me luck. Making me jittery/I realised I'm addicted and I don't like being beholden to stuff. Not worth the trade offs.
