@Damon_BPHR It will be the card machine mate. Had it last year. The system had a fault so when you pay on card the money doesn't leave the bank. You'll be on cctv paying on your card but won't see the payment on your statement.

How do I contend this, no way I drove off without paying but must have paid cash 😂

@Morfieldheating There isn't a 28mm version of that valve, however, this valve (advancedwater.co.uk/prod-520-467-1…) will be a like for like swap with the one that's currently installed.
