I just discovered that an op-ed I wrote in my @MovingForwardVC days made an appearance in @AnitaHill's book. Hill is one of my heroes. My article is from 2019, her book from 2021. It's taken me years to find the reference. We never know who our work may be shaping.

4/4 The Weinstein Clause requires social due diligence before striking a deal. This could mean requiring all firms that invest in your company have a publicly-available anti-harassment / anti-discrimination policy. The VCs who have joined #MovingForward are great examples
