@wearejoybird It's almost a joke you even call it customer service. I would like a phone call. I've requested one via voicemail and email but those seem to get ignored.

@wearejoybird more than 8 weeks later it was delivered and the order is missing a part and wrong! I've left messages for customer service both via email and the phone. No response. Is this your company's standard?

@wearejoybird your customer service and operations are laughable at this point. I ordered a sofa in October. In January it was lost without explanation. I was told a new one would be ready within 4-5 weeks.
