As a Covid informed person, I mask around others indoors. I'm not especially at risk. I'm not immunocompromised. I'm masking because I am informed and getting Covid is very, very bad for your health. The end. Get fucked if you have any problem with this.

@MsEnsom Y'all are being terrible parents! Kids very rarely catch Covid, and those masks are 100% bad for them! Not to mention 100% useless in fighting Covid! So you both really think your kids will keep those masks clean when they put them back on?! You both are being terrible!

Despite a lovely performance of their "White Crow" free dance, Marjorie Lajoie and Zachary Lagha 🇨🇦 are going to slip one spot to ninth in the ice dance event at #WorldFigure. Still will be enough to assure Canada keeps three ice dance spots for 2027 Worlds in Finland.

@Tr3s0r I think we just got lucky. Little guy was 6-months when lockdowns began, so a little older when cloth masking began, and he never batted an eye. Older kid started kindergarten in Sept 2020 when everyone had to mask. And we just never stopped.

I wear jeans and hoodies and/or super hero t-shirts most days. In my first years of teaching I dressed more formally. It just didn’t work for me, and the kids picked up on it. A hill I will die on is that my clothes don’t determine my professionalism.

When did teacher’s attire take a turn? Teachers today dress like they are all teaching PE. Growing up all my teachers wore heels, dresses, slacks, dress shirts, hair was done. They looked put together. Teachers today look like they don’t care. the way you show up contributes to the environment you work in. this may be one of the factors into why kids behave the way they do. take the profession seriously so the kids can take you seriously
