Growing up in South Central, Los Angeles as a kid I spent so much time inside Ramona’s Mexican Food selling candy, so I wanted to take some time to honor the powerful story of their founder Romana Acosta Bañuelos (March 20, 1925 – January 15, 2018). She helped found Pan American bank during the 1960’s in East Los Angeles and was the first Latina to have her name printed on American currency as U.S Treasurer under President Richard Nixon from 1971-1974. South Central L.A isnt just struggle it’s builder’s, survivors, Black & Latino families, immigrants and shared spaces.

So let me see if I understand this correctly. Barack Obama negotiated a deal with Iran that lifted sanctions on their country and exchange for international monitoring of their weapons program along with several other concessions. Donald Trump came into office and unilaterally blew up that deal. Now a decade leader in his second term, Donald Trump has without the approval of Congress initiated an unprovoked military attack on Iran, and in order to end said conflict is demanding Iran comply with a number of self serving proposals, many of which were already covered under Obama’s initial deal. Did I leave anything out?
