@Oxygenexp What works so far: building relationships with staff so they trust me with not ‘knowing it all’, chunking the tech proficiency learning into bite size pieces they consume when they have time, and helping all keep our eyes on the outcome. That said, my teachers are still drowning

@Oxygenexp I’m actually an L&D manager at a high school now but have been in and out of the classroom for 15 years having various roles in the Ed systems.
