Mom fight with Parkinson finally ended last Saturday evening , she was true fighter living with the disease for 21 years, getting Parkinson's in 43 &still continuing working till retirement 60 yrs. Dad was her pillar of support along with Iyengar Yoga. We celebrate her everyday

@InconsistentInd @mmpandit My mother was diagnosed with Parkinson in 42, for next 22 years it was a battle , but this is what we did .1) she continued working till her retirement, she was in RBI did daily work never quit , reason being for mind kept her occupied 2) we started tear yoga daily practice

@mmpandit Pranam sir. My elder sister (52-53 yrs) is diagnosed with Parkinson. She is undergoing the treatment though not very successful. Is there anything that she/we can do spritually that can help? Can't see her in that condition. very painful as a brother.

@InconsistentInd @mmpandit This continued till covid came we started Ayurveda , allopathy came later as the disease started spreading but never never she had the deterioration rapid what yoga do was slow down the deterioration plus she was always with her Lalitha sahasranam

Add the electricity costs , it will hit consumer confidence but in a country where Politcians on an average have $3.7 million housing portfolio i think crash in near future is not that immiment.
