We are tired. Tired of speeches. Tired of campaigns. Tired of empty promises delivered with polished smiles while our children go to bed hungry. Our democracy has shaped nothing because the South African child, woman, man, and youth have benefited nothing. We remain in poverty while leaders are still ok vacation in lalaland and protect their interests . We remain jobless while tenders are awarded to connected cronies. We remain hopeless while our infrastructure crumbles and our borders remain open to anyone but our own people. Government leaders must do what they were elected to do, serve the people who put them in power. Not their own interests. Not their party’s survival. Not their foreign alliances. The people. The South African people. The taxpayers, We bled for this democracy. We died for this freedom. And we have been betrayed by the very government we trusted to deliver it. This black government has failed us. Our fallen heroes Sisulu, Tambo, Sobukwe, Biko are angry in their graves. They did not fight apartheid so we could replace it with incompetence, corruption, and indifference. They did not sacrifice their lives so foreign nationals could flood our clinics and schools while our own youth starve. They did not dream of a South Africa where leaders protect themselves instead of the people. This government has failed to lead. Therefore, they should remove themselves from power. Step aside. Let leaders with balls! leaders with backbone, with vision, with the courage to make the decisions they are incapable of making. Secure our borders. Fix our economy. Prioritise our people. We are not asking for perfection. We are asking for accountability. We are asking for action. We are asking for leaders who remember who they work for. And if they cannot do that, they must go. They must Voetsak! We the people shall govern. Not through violence. Through will. Through votes. Through refusing to accept anything less than the South Africa we were promised.

Guys let’s talk about GNU. When they entered into this so-called Government of National Unity, not one of them mentioned immigration. Not one demanded tighter borders. Not one insisted on constitutional reform to protect South African jobs, healthcare, and schools. They shook hands with the ANC, accepted their portfolios, and carried on as if nothing had changed. As if the last 31 years of open borders and failed policies were acceptable. They had the power. They had the cards. They could have leveraged the ANC into agreeing to real change. But they did not. Because they do not care about us. Now @JacintaNgobese and @Princymthombeni have started a movement. Ordinary South Africans not politicians, not parties have risen to demand what should have been done decades ago, secure borders, constitutional reform, and a government that puts citizens first. And suddenly, the GNU parties are in support. Suddenly, they are tweeting, posturing, pretending to care. But where were they when they had real power? Where were they when they sat across the table from the ANC and said nothing? Where were they when they signed agreements without a single clause about protecting South African jobs or limiting illegal immigration? They are not leaders. They are opportunists. They follow public sentiment, not principle. They will say anything to keep their seats, but they will do nothing to change the system that benefits them. Look at parliamentary proceedings, you will see what I’m talking about. South Africa, vote wisely. Do your research. Know your leaders. Do not be fooled by performative tweets or last-minute conversions. Look at their records. Look at their actions. Ask them, what did you do when you had the power?
