اذا طلبت من مطعم توصيل وجبة فيها رز وتأخر توصيل الطلب عن ساعة فاحذر من اكله الرز المطبوخ اذا ترك في درجة حرارة في حدود ٢٤ درجة او اكثر تتضاعف فيه اعداد بكتيريا من نوع معين وقد يسبب تسمم غذائي خصوصاً لو تعدت الحرارة ٣٢ درجة لتفادي التسمم من الرز المطبوخ: لا تترك الرز خارج الثلاجة اكثر من ساعة بعد انتهاء طبخه لا تسخن الرز ثم تعيده للثلاجة ثم تسخنه مرة ثانية الأفضل استهلاك الرز المطبوخ خلال ٢٤ ساعة حتى ان وضعتوه في الثلاجة وهناك من يقول ان استهلاكه آمن خلال ٥ أيام #مجمع_المسيعيد_الطبي

كل الكلام هذا لايساوي شيء إذا لم يمكن قياس الطلب داخل نفس المنصة، لا يمكن قياس الطلب في التنفيذ، هناك منصة للعرض والمنصة لا تسطيع قياس الطلب، بالنسبة للشخص العادي ما يحدث قد يتسبب بتضليله وإيهامه أن الأسعار التي يشاهد ناتجة عن عرض وطلب، لكن الحقيقة أن الموجود في المنصة مجرد عرض.

كثير من الردود إذا نشرت أسعار العروض تشتكي أنها أعلى من أسعار التنفيذ، فودي أوضح: من المنطقي جدًا أن أسعار العروض تكون في الغالب أعلى من أسعار التنفيذ، لأنها السعر اللي يرغب فيه البائع اللي يبي أعلى سعر ممكن لسلعته. وبين سعر العرض (اللي يبيه البائع) وسعر الطلب (اللي يبيه ويقدر عليه المشتري) وبعد التفاوض حسب وضع السوق يوصل سعر العقار لسعر التنفيذ ولهذا انخفاض أسعار العروض مؤشر على انخفاض قادم في أسعار التنفيذ (بافتراض استقرار وضع السوق على نفس الحال) وارتفاع أسعار العروض مؤشر على ارتفاع قادم في أسعار التنفيذ (وهذا اللي كان حاصل السنوات الماضية) ارتفاع الفرق بين سعر العرض وسعر التنفيذ مؤشر جيد على قدرة البائع على التفاوض، وانكماش الفرق أو انعكاس حركته مؤشر على مقدار وحجم التغير القادم في السوق.
