Last night there was an issue with a third party server patch that repeated the problem we had yesterday causing PlusThis and other (1 of 6)

web services to stop working. We’ve resolved the issue, but we know at the same time this is not acceptable. What occurred is (2 of 6)

unprecedented, and nothing like this has ever happened in the past four-plus years since we’ve been in business. In the interest of (3 of 6)

transparency, we’ll be sharing a detailed explanation of what exactly happened later today so you can have the peace of mind that (4 of 6)

we’re aware of the issue and what we’re doing to prevent this from happening again. We're sincerely sorry for the disruption this (5 of 6)
