@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP And Sam wants to tell me how to get a magic code who didn’t read my email at all and so now I’m escalated to a team member again. This is by far the dumbest dumbest way to communicate with your clientele.

If you are thinking of using @PhotoroomJP just be aware there is zero ways to get help if you need it. I’m on day three of trying to resolve problems and the auto message just keeps telling me they are getting someone and may take a few hours.

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP So then, Linda finally gets back to me after a couple days and tells me basically to prove what I did to start the new account so guess what when I went to get the screenshot that message box again disappeared and here we are at square one again with Sam

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP So now I had to write a new email and be told your request has been escalated to a team. Member will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible this might take a few hours. You need to change that to a few days. Thank you so much for your patience

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP And no contact form. So once I got done having to prove myself, I had to do that I think twice then I was given a magic code to start a new account once I brought up that new account the old one disappeared along with the message with the promo code.

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP After countless times of being told how to access my magic code finally, I think five or six days later somebody responded that literally I have replied on your YouTube, your TikTok, your Facebook, your Instagram because you don’t have any customer service no phone number

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP So let’s recap access to my original email was destroyed. I no longer have access. I cannot receive an email. I can’t send an email. I can’t look at the spam file it’s gone.

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP So because my last chat, which just happened this morning with Linda has disappeared because she asked for a screenshot of the new account that I made. I’m back at square one again and it’ll take two or three days to reply

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP I have never seen a company that does not have a contact form that takes two or three days to reply to a message center that I can’t even have access to like. I don’t know when people respond. I have to keep checking in checking in checking in to see if anyone has replied

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP All along my business is stagnated because I’m waiting for your team to get it together. This has been I believe now 78 days that we’re going on trying to figure out how to get into my account.

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP I asked for a refund I was told I couldn’t get one so now I’m back at square one because that disappeared when I went to get the screenshot for Linda to prove I guess that I started account and now Sam is escalating to a team member and it’ll be two or three days till I hear from

@photoroom_app @PhotoroomJP So now we are at the point where they told me they cannot retrieve my account so they gave me a code. Problem is when I open the new account the old one disappears along with the code.
