For our March meeting, we have two officers from the Metropolitan Police Cyber Crime Unit to talk about the important topic of online scams and how to avoid being caught out.

We need microplastic filters in washing machines NOW! Every wash sends over 700,000 microplastic fibres into our bodies, waters and food. It’s time to stem the flow before it’s too late. @stevereedlabour support the Microplastic Filters (Washing Machines) Bill.

For our August meeting, we have a music quiz spin through memory lane with music from the 50s to the 90s.

Our 30 July meeting will be climate and rivers: an update on the WI campaigns on climate change, bathing water status and the forthcoming WI Week of River Action, and outside in the wider world. We will also have climate change bingo, snakes and ladders and cards to play.
