When calculating transparency for peptide vendors which option below is preferred? I can make a case for either option A) Vendor requires account creation to view catalogue B) guests can view all products on a site without signing in One ensures that not just anyone is browsing and ordering off the cuff. Limits sales but raises the threshold slightly so the peptide newcomer has less chance to make an uneducated purchase Account creation can seem mysterious and sketchy (even if products are high quality) plus can feel gimmicky as a way to get email ls for marketing etc… Please share opinions, my grading metric is evolving and input is appreciated

I lowered my dose of retatrutide for a second time. I've said before, in terms if dosing things like this, I shoot for the maximum effective dose that I then weigh against side effects. It's essentially a "is the juice worth the squeeze" question. In terms of reta, I've experienced zero side effects outside sulfur/egg burps if I eat higher fat vs higher carbs. I worked my way up to 6 mg and at that dose, I essentially became anorexic. It was like an eating disorder injection. I was having to force feed myself with greek yogurt and whey protein. A couple of bites of solid food and felt like I was going to explode. Eating became a chore and a rather unenjoyable one at that. I first lowered my dose back to 4mg, and while better and still being able to hit my macro goals, it's still a chore. I eat a child sized plate of food and instantly become stuffed like I just left an all you can eat buffet. I think I may respond to it better than some, but 4mg is too much. If I had a ton of weight to lose, this would be ideal. For my purposes of trying to cut down to sub 10%, I really run the risk of burning a ton of muscle too, even while on test. If I didn't force myself to eat, I'd eat about 400 calories a day and be fine with it. I'm going down to 3 mg and will stay there unless it stops working. I think a lot of people in the studies had major food addictions, because at the 10 mg to 12 mg range some where on, I'd end up weighing 130 lbs. Absolutely amazing peptide. I think I just respond too well to it for that dosage.

Russian war correspondents are outraged: The situation is bordering on idiocy. Some Slovakian Foreign Minister declared that as soon as raw materials are sent through Ukraine via the reopened Druzhba pipeline, Bratislava will join the sanctions against Russia. How can that be? Is it even possible for everyone to walk all over Russians, Russia, and Moscow? Incidentally, the EU sets its own prices for Russian oil and gas, based on its own desires, while in Russia it's completely unclear how and who is responding to this nonsense. Isn't bleating a response, exactly? The conclusion is quite simple: for others to remember who Russia is and treat it with respect, we need to stop humiliating ourselves and fawning over the murderers of Russian children… voenkorKotenok

Imagine turning the release of these women into a negative Trump post. I mean…Jesus. 🤦‍♂️ Is Trump crazy? Yes. Does he contradict himself? Yes. Does he often shoot himself in the foot? Yes. But is the release of these women a good thing? YES
Murtaza Hussain@MazMHussain

Trump seems to be inventing fake concessions given to him by the Iranians to make it appear that he is building leverage and goodwill for the negotiations that he is still trying to engineer. Whatever the outcome this is very low IQ and mentally-ill behavior which should be considered intolerable for the leader of what is considered to be the most important country in the world:

A viewer who commented on my YouTube channel had an interesting idea for neutralizing Iran's ability to export oil from Kharg Isand (responsible for 90% of Iran's oil exports): Take out the tugboats Without them, tankers can't be docked at Kharg to fill up Seems like a pretty low-effort/low-cost/low-casualty/low-risk strategy to cripple Iran without destroying Kharg infastructure, maintaing a blockade, booting boots on the ground, etc Is this a logistically sound plan?

Peptides are exploding in the health conversation right now, and I just watched one of the clearest explanations yet. @StevenBartlett’s latest Diary of a CEO episode with @alextatem is excellent. Tatem, a urologist who’s studied peptides for over a decade, nails it with this simple but powerful analogy: Peptides are tools. (We have been saying this for years by the way) Like any tool, they only make sense when you know exactly what you’re trying to build or fix. Don’t start with the peptide. Start with the problem. Get proper diagnostics, optimize sleep, training, nutrition, and lifestyle first. Then, if needed, reach for the right “tool” with medical guidance. Tatem breaks down how these short amino acid chains act like precise keys fitting specific locks in the body, far more targeted than many traditional drugs. The conversation covers healing, metabolic health, men’s health, and the evolving FDA/compounding landscape. What’s your biggest question on peptides right now? Curious to hear.
Steven Bartlett@StevenBartlett

There is a topic coming up again and again in health right now, and peptides are at the centre of it which has made me want to understand what is actually going on… When I told my team I wanted to do an episode on peptides, they sent me a long list of doctors I could speak to but there was one person they kept coming back to. That person was Dr Alex Tatum. And after this conversation, I understood why. Alex has spent over a decade studying this space, and one of the reasons I wanted him on is because he has a rare ability to explain complex things in a way that actually makes sense. I didn’t have a clear idea of what peptides even were before we spoke but now I do. Alex explained to me that peptides are tools and like any tool, they only make sense when you know what you’re trying to build.

I have more explanation to post but basically it's not an API issue which is actually a high standard API, but something after this has caused it to degrade either long storage, transport or during lyophilisation. It's safe to use but should be used soon as possible as it will continue to degrade
