The best pre-workout ? Fruit! Not only is fruit a great source of carbs, vitamins, minerals but an excellent way to fuel early or hot & humid training sessions! 🍇🍉🍊 Yes, you should salt 🧂 your watermelon because it's🔥! Also excellent way to add back in sodium lost during sweat.
