YAY! Our paper showing insertion of the fluorescent non-canonical amino acid Anap into SERT is out. We directly measure binding of ions, inhibitors and substrates, and estimate on- and off-rates. Grateful to @novonordiskfond, @DFF_raad & @Carlsbergfondet. rdcu.be/dYkKR
