Logical understanding of a certain concept is overrated. What matters is the emotional internalization of it. Emotions are what drive execution. You’re a few emotions away from acting out the behaviors that lead you to extreme success.
Examples:
1. Tons of men are lonely and logically understand that approaching women would maximize their success, yet their emotions prevent them from acting on it.
2. A person may know another person’s success does not actually harm them. Logically, they should learn from them or ignore them. Emotionally, comparison makes the success feel like an accusation, so they resent.
So an insight may sound shallow and “obvious” to you while having completely life-changing effects on someone’s thought patterns and behaviors.
