@rossbchek Take one class, cash a check, compete for title. Coaches get paid to win. Student in student athlete seems to be an afterthought now. Can’t blame athlete or McKendree, they are playing the game the rules allow. Change the rules or adapt to them.

When people ask why isn’t Iowa running away with the team title when they are the only Power 5 program. Part of the answer is “a D2 school” can bring in a World Team member.
The flaw is assuming the D2/D3 schools don’t have World level talent.
