More great news from the lab! 🎉 Sunny Hsiung, a sophomore, was accepted to Duke’s Summer Neuroscience Program: bassconnections.duke.edu/summer-program… She’ll lead a project on adrenergic sensitivity in altered adipocytes as a model for obesity and pain sensitivity. Way to go, Sunny!

The summer student poster session here at Duke has so many brilliant posters! Especially two from our lab: Savanna Watcher’s project on catecholamines and colon chemical sensitivity and Monica Rashkov’s project on Adrb3 isoforms in pain. Great work!
