#فوری منابع کاخ سفید اعلام کردند: لبنان بخشی مستقیم از تفاهم نامه با ایران نیست و خروج اسرائیل از جنوب لبنان شرط این یادداشت تفاهم نیست، وزارت خارجه ایران نیز اعلام کرده در صورت خارج نشدن ارتش اسرائیل از جنوب لبنان و به پایان نرسیدن جنگ در لبنان، تدابیر لازم بر علیه اسرائیل انجام خواهد شد.

Agreed, I haven’t seen any official White House statement or document releasing the authentic full MOU yet. However, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung said today that the version CNN published doesn’t exactly match the real text. They’ll probably release the final version after the official signing (reportedly this Friday in Switzerland). Until then, everything circulating is still a draft or rumor.

MOU: The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran have jointly and in good faith agreed to the following: 1. Upon signing this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the United States and Iran, along with their allies in the current war, declare an immediate and permanent cessation of military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon. They commit not to initiate further war or military action against one another, to refrain from threats or use of force, and to ensure the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Lebanon. The final agreement will confirm the permanent end of the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, as well as the provisions of this article. 2. The United States and Iran commit to respecting each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and to refraining from interference in each other’s internal affairs. 3. The United States and Iran commit to negotiating and reaching a final agreement within a maximum of 60 days, with the possibility of extension by mutual consent. 4. Immediately upon signing this MOU, the United States will begin lifting its naval blockade and all other restrictions imposed on Iran, completing the process within 30 days. During this period, maritime traffic will be gradually restored by Iran to prewar levels. In addition, the United States commits to moving its forces away from Iran’s vicinity within 30 days after the signing of the final agreement. 5. Upon signing this MOU, Iran will make its best efforts to ensure the safe passage of commercial vessels, free of charge, for a period of 60 days only, between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman. Commercial shipping will resume immediately, and after the removal of technical and military obstacles and mine clearance operations by Iran, full traffic will be restored within 30 days. 6. Iran will engage in dialogue with the Sultanate of Oman to determine future governance arrangements and maritime services in the Strait of Hormuz, in consultation with other Gulf states and in accordance with international law and the sovereign rights of coastal states bordering the Strait. 7. The United States, together with its regional partners, commits to developing a final agreed plan worth at least $300 billion for the reconstruction and economic development of Iran. The implementation mechanism will be agreed upon as part of the final agreement within 60 days. The United States will grant all necessary licenses, waivers, and permits required for the relevant financial transactions. 8. The United States commits to removing all forms of sanctions imposed on Iran, including United Nations Security Council measures, resolutions of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Board of Governors, and all unilateral U.S. sanctions, both primary and secondary, according to a timetable to be agreed upon in the final agreement. Both sides recognize the critical importance of sanctions relief and intend to address it immediately during negotiations. 9. Iran reaffirms that it will neither acquire nor develop nuclear weapons. The United States and Iran agree to resolve the issue of Iran’s stockpile of enriched material through a mutually agreed mechanism and timetable, with the minimum requirement being dilution of the material on-site under IAEA supervision. The parties also agree to discuss enrichment and other nuclear-related matters concerning Iran’s civilian nuclear needs within a framework to be established in the final agreement. The final agreement will confirm these provisions. Both sides recognize the critical importance of these nuclear issues and intend to address them immediately in negotiations. 10. Until the final agreement is signed, the United States and Iran agree to maintain the status quo. Iran will maintain its current nuclear program, while the United States will not impose new sanctions or deploy additional forces to the region.

نظرشخصی؛ این بند مهمترین بند تفاهم‌نامه ج.ا و ترامپه! باز هرجور صلاحه! 🔻توافق نهایی با یک قطعنامه الزام‌آور شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد تأیید خواهد شد.

آره دقیقاً، این بند دو لبه‌ست. از یه طرف ج. عسلامی می‌خواد با این کار ترامپ رو محدود کنه که نتونه راحت مثل برجام خارج بشه. از طرف دیگه، اگه خودش تعهداتش رو نقض کنه، همین بند می‌تونه به آمریکا و متحدانش مشروعیت بین‌المللی بده برای اقدام جدی‌تر (حتی با پشتوانه شورای امنیت). ولی واقعیت اینه که ترامپ معمولاً ترجیح می‌ده کارها رو یک‌طرفه و بدون معطلی شورای امنیت پیش ببره…😌
