Illegal Monday. Congress just gave ICE roughly $70 billion in new funding on top of its existing budget. That is an enormous amount of money. To put it in perspective: the entire Bureau of Prisons (BOP) annual budget is typically around $8–9 billion. ICE is now receiving funding that dwarfs one of the largest and most visible federal law enforcement agencies in the country. *What This Means for Enforcement This money will dramatically expand ICE’s operational capacity: - Thousands more agents, officers, and support staff - Expanded detention capacity - More vehicles, aircraft, and technology for interior enforcement - Increased resources for workplace raids, visa fraud investigations, and deportation operations - Stronger partnerships with local law enforcement through 287(g) programs (The ability to train and help fund local law enforcement with immigration enforcement) With this level of funding, ICE can move from reactive enforcement to systematic, large-scale operations. We are talking about sustained pressure on employers who rely on illegal labor, aggressive pursuit of visa overstays, and removal operations at a scale never seen before. The Influence Shift ICE is rapidly becoming one of the most powerful and well-resourced agencies in the federal government. Its budget and mandate now rival or exceed many traditional law enforcement bodies. This is not temporary. Large agencies with massive budgets tend to grow their mission over time. More funding leads to more operations, which leads to more data and justification for even larger future budgets. It also creates pressure for additional laws to expand their authority. The Long Game Expect to see: - Calls for even stronger interior enforcement laws - Mandatory nationwide E-Verify - Expanded RICO-style tools against employers and labor brokers - Increased cooperation requirements from states and localities The era of symbolic enforcement is ending. With real money behind it, ICE now has the resources to treat illegal immigration as the systemic enterprise problem it has become. With big budgets come a need to justify their existence just as with all government agencies. This funding is a clear signal: the American people demanded enforcement, and the government is finally giving the agency the tools to deliver it. Bookmark if you need to reference this. Share if you want others to understand the scale. Comment below if you see this funding making a difference in your area. Follow for more Illegal Monday.

Our police are a joke. Are we going to have to police ourselves?

A Police officer in Brighton pushed an elderly disabled woman to the ground for no reason. The woman is the mother of Rhiannon Whyte, whose daughter was murdered last year by an illegal migrant who stabbed her more than 23 times in the head with a screwdriver. Absolutely disgraceful 😡 I feel truly sick to my stomach from the footage coming out of the UK atm. The way that the White native people are being treated in the UK is unacceptable. All because they are advocating for their safety, security, wellbeing, for their children & for desperately needed change. UK Police have also recently assaulted a 5 year old child, smashed a man’s head into a bollard, impaled a boys face on a spike, punched men in the head that aren’t even resisting arrest, mocked stabbing victims & arrested him as he bled out. They lie, cover up horrific crimes & terrorise the White population. Enough is enough.

This video by History Debunked (Simon Webb) is a must-watch. He perfectly explains what happens to a Christian nation when the Muslim population rises: Lebanon was once the glittering “Paris of the Middle East”, stable, prosperous, Christian-majority. Nightclubs, casinos, sophistication. Then higher Muslim birth rates + mass immigration changed the demographics. They demanded special rights, played the victim, and eventually turned the country into a war zone. Christians went from 75% to a minority. The nation never recovered. Sound familiar? This is exactly the path Britain is on right now. Grooming gangs, parallel societies, Sharia councils, and the Muslim Protection Unit openly organising for unrest. Critical mass is approaching fast. We didn’t ask for this. We didn’t vote for this. The sleeping giant is stirring. Invaders, you may have come to the wrong island. My England for the English. England. True Grit. Restore. No apologies. No surrender.

My son has been asked to wear a Vote Labour t-shirt for 2 weeks as part of a social experiment to see how people react. So far he has been spat on, punched and had a bottle thrown at him. I'm curious to see what's going to happen when he leaves the house.

If a Somalian family is living in British social housing, claiming benefits, refusing to work, not even able to speak English? A Restore Britain Government will deport that family. No apologies, no compromises, no payments. Deported.

On this day in 1985, US Navy Sailor Robert Stethem was shot in the head by Hezbollah jihadists onboard TWA Flight 847 after being beaten and tortured for almost 24 hours. His lifeless mangled body was then discarded & thrown out onto the Beirut airport tarmac. RIP Petty Officer 2nd Class Stethem 🇺🇸 #navy #history

**Illegal Monday.** Lets Talk About How our American Corporations betray us with Illegal Labor and how that is about to get uncomfortable due to a recent SCOTUS ruling. Big companies have perfected a convenient game: they hide behind layers of contractors, staffing firms, and third-party labor brokers so they can claim “we didn’t know” when illegal labor is discovered. That shield is starting to crack and they should clean house or lawyer up because it is going to get costly. **The Recent Supreme Court Precedent** In May 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled in *Montgomery v. Caribe Transport II* that freight brokers can be held liable under state law for negligently hiring unsafe motor carriers. The Court held that the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act (FAAAA) does not preempt these claims because they fall under the statute’s safety exception. This is a major shift. If brokers can be sued for failing to properly vet the carriers they use, then major retailers, manufacturers, construction firms, and other companies that rely on subcontractors should face similar accountability when those subcontractors repeatedly hire illegal aliens. **Walmart’s Long History** Walmart’s cleaning contractors were raided multiple times in the early 2000s for employing large numbers of illegal aliens in warehouses and stores nationwide. In 2003, federal agents arrested hundreds of unauthorized workers cleaning Walmart stores. Walmart ultimately paid an $11 million civil fine in 2005 - at the time the largest immigration settlement ever paid by a corporation, while the contractors faced criminal charges. Even though the workers were technically employed by subcontractors, federal investigators and lawsuits suggested Walmart knew or should have known about the widespread unauthorized hiring in its supply chain. The Broader Pattern Across Industries This subcontractor shield is used across many sectors: **Meatpacking** (Tyson Foods, JBS/Swift): Repeated large-scale raids and fines for systemic illegal hiring. -**Restaurants** (Chipotle): Hundreds of illegal workers across dozens of locations. **Manufacturing** (Hyundai-LG Georgia plant, 2025): 475 workers arrested in one raid on fraudulent visas. **Construction and Hospitality**: Cash labor, labor brokers, and third-party staffing firms routinely used to insulate the main company. (AI search of worst offenders with deepest pockets to sue) The model is the same: outsource the hiring, enjoy the lower costs and reduced risk, and deny responsibility when enforcement hits. The Next Logical Step for litigious sharks... With the Supreme Court opening the door on broker liability for negligent selection, courts and prosecutors now have a clear roadmap. Companies that knowingly or recklessly rely on subcontractors who hire illegal aliens should face full enterprise-level liability, including substantial fines, asset forfeiture, and prosecution of decision-makers. Hiding behind a contractor should no longer provide protection. If a company’s business model depends on illegal labor - directly or through layers of intermediaries - it should be treated as the criminal enterprise it often is. American workers deserve enforcement that targets the real profit centers, not just the workers at the bottom of the chain. This is how you finally change the incentives. Sources - U.S. Supreme Court. *Montgomery v. Caribe Transport II, LLC* (2026). - U.S. Attorney’s Office / ICE. Walmart immigration settlement (2005). - Various DOJ and ICE enforcement actions against Tyson, JBS, Chipotle, and Hyundai-LG. Bookmark if you need to reference this. Share if this pattern frustrates you. Comment below if you’ve seen companies use the subcontractor shield in your industry. Follow for more Illegal Monday.

The Italian island of "Lampedusa" after more than 10,000 illegal immigrants arrived by boat from Africa. The African population now exceeds the native population, which is only 6,000 people. Some reports say their numbers have reached 18,000 immigrants. Italians are calling it an invasion. They are doing this all across the West. They all have to go back.
