The Cleveland Browns tried to destroy Baker Mayfield’s NFL career and reputation after he helped them end the NFL’s longest post season drought and win their first playoff game in 26 years. They said they wanted an “adult” in the room. Now Baker is the Franchise QB for the Tampa Bay Bucs after playing for the Panthers and the Rams during a 2 year sabbatical. He never gave up. He never lost sight of who he was. This year he threw for a career high in TD passes, passing yards, yards per attempt and Passer Rating and has the Bucs in the playoffs right now. Turns out he was the “adult” in the room and Cleveland is still searching for their Franchise QB.

Jameis Winston is a rare combination of great/awful/inspiring/odd/inconsistent but sort of dependably productive.

The Browns are insane if they don't re-sign Jameis and make him the starter next year over Deshaun Watson.

Ho hum Stefanski just out there out-coaching Tomlin by a mile. Imagine what this year could have been if he had personnel control over the most important position in sports

Jameis just came out of the locker room to go outside to the Amazon TV set. He was singing “jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.”

Watching Jameis Winston play is nice reinforcement for everyone who knew the Browns wasted this season being too stubborn to bench Deshaun Watson. It's insane how bad he was. Winston isn't even good and this team is at least competitive with him.

I'm confident I can name 100 active NFL quarterbacks, XFL quarterbacks, college quarterbacks, and retired quarterbacks who would be better at quarterbacking the Cleveland Browns than Deshaun Watson is right now

I’ve watched more #Browns football than I’ve watched anything else in my life for my 36 years on earth…and if there is one thing I have developed a good feel for it’s the moment when you know a QB’s time has come to an end. That moment is right now, today.
