Additional legal hurdles remain for the developers:A temporary injunction blocks the Double R Municipal Utility District from providing sewer services or taking further action to support the project. Hunt County officials previously rejected the preliminary plat application due to technical and legal deficiencies. A trial for the Attorney General’s lawsuit regarding the utility district is scheduled for November.
