After years of being untouchable in Cambodia, Cambodia’s most powerful scam boss, Chen Zhi of the Prince Group, has finally been arrested. Read our investigative report on his rise, empire, and eventual capture. 📰👇 huangyan.substack.com/p/the-rise-and…

Minister of Defense: No country is truly taking our side “No country is truly taking our side. Everyone speaks as if they are neutral, but in practice they stand on Cambodia’s side while claiming neutrality. They listen to information from the Cambodian side and view us as a larger country engaging in aggression. I affirm, as the official responsible for policy, that we are acting in self-defense, in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, out of necessity and proportionality. I ask the public to be reassured. I am confident that we must adhere to international law. No country is taking our side. I do not see any country condemning Cambodia for laying landmines in Thai territory. Instead, they only call on Thailand to reduce the use of weapons and de-escalate violence. I am aware of this. I am confident that Thailand is on the right path. We are acting in accordance with the law.” Gen. Natthaphon Narkphanit, Thai Minister of Defense 23.12.2025
