BREAKING: Dirty Bastard. A West Yorkshire Police detective has been charged with rape and three counts of sexual assault. Dan Livesley, 48, who serves in the Bradford area, is suspended from duty and will appear before York Magistrates' Court on 30 June. The allegations relate to incidents said to have happened while he was off duty.

An Oxford Crown Court jury also found him guilty of six indecent assaults and an attempted rape on another girl when Preston was a teenager between 1998 and 2003. Preston has links to Oxford and Milton Keynes. Preston was handed ten years in prison for each count of rape and one to two years in prison for each of the indecent assaults, each of which could run concurrently. The judge sentenced him to a further 3 and half years for attempted rape. Although is total sentence was in excess of 30 years, he was told that he would face 13-and-a-half-years due to concurrent sentences. Source UK Database.
