Our amazing leaders dug deep into data; its as critical role in CIWP development. Creating strong improvement plans requires root cause analysis; drafting strong theories of action. Do this right & we see aligned professional learning plans & learning cycles. @ChiPubSchools

The first step in creating meaningful school improvement plans is critical reflection. Today our leadership teams began reflecting on their data and identifying gaps. The goal is selecting 2-3 high leverage priorities which will drive school success. @ChiPubSchools

Innovation, animation, and authorship! The Hurley Hawks brought their 'A' game to the Winter Break Project Showcase. Whether presenting lab results or screening stop-motion films, these students proved that when you’re curious, learning is the ultimate fun! @ChiPubSchools
