@thedatabunny The lack of training in the workplace needs to be studied. Trial by fire is only ok if you have someone/something to lean on when necessary. Plus it’s stressful af if you don’t know what you’re doing.

How our Ai rollout was at my job: “You’re the Guinea Pigs, Here’s licenses, have fun” 😂 No training, no documentation or governance. Nothing. I didn’t even know licenses were purchased. So I’m sitting here, the only one that knows how to build Ai agents at work.
