@scaredycath @WhatTheADHD Oh I’m so glad I’m not the only one with visual snow! There is another thing that can be adhd linked - it’s called vertical heterophoria - it’s a vertical misalignment that’s not usually tested for as part of a normal eye exam so maybe just ask about that next visit too!

@WhatTheADHD I get floaties sometimes but the big thing for me is visual snow. I have a layer of tv static overlaying my vision at all times and it’s really noticeable when looking at things like a wall or the sky 😵‍💫

Do you know how HARD it is having ADHD *and* constant eye floaty things?? Permanent distractions.
