I wanted to prove that you can lose weight only with a calorie deficit & exercise. I’ve only eaten pasta with homemade sauce and homemade pizza - maintaining about a 500 cal deficit per day. In 90 days I went from 184.2lbs to 171.7lbs Losing weight is not complicated or hard.
