I keep trying to tell people that Vandersloot is seen as the franchise face of the Sky and Angel is the money-making face ONLY in the eyes of the owner and general manager. Only the Angel Reese and Chicago fans treat her like she's THE franchise player. The Sky is not a serious organization. There's a reason they were voted as the worst run franchise in the WNBA by the players. They are notorious for running off Sylvia Fowles, Courtney Williams and Gabby Williams among others.
