Someone recently said that while they enjoy my writing & perspectives, they found my approach “caustic” -specifically that I call Israeli society ‘rotten’. Reading the details -again- of the Sde Teiman torture camp reminds me how ‘rotten’ is, in fact, too polite a word to ascribe to Israel.

After killing over 175 journalists in Gaza, Israel is now threatening and smearing 6 Al Jazeera journalists covering the carnage in northern Gaza. As @jeremyscahill says, every journalist should condemn these horrific attacks and call for their protection. Enough.
