We welcome the United States intervening at the ICJ to reject South Africa’s genocide accusation against Israel a clear diplomatic blow to Pretoria’s campaign of political lawfare. The ANC continues to misrepresent the ICJ ruling while isolating SA from democratic partners. 👉🏼

South Africa's not "lost," but it's broken government's corrupt, crime's everywhere, and the rainbow-nation dream died years ago. Staying feels noble until you're the one patching bullet holes in your fence at midnight. The US offer? It's a reset. Fresh start, real jobs, no load-shedding. Sure, you'd miss the braai, the veld, the language but you'd get to breathe. And honestly, most Afrikaners who've left say the same: "I miss home... but I don't miss the fear." So yeah. Pack the biltong, hug the family, go. You can always come back if things turn around. But right now? Staying feels like betting on a horse that's already lame.

When @CyrilRamaphosa told @POTUS that they have not expropriated land or that there are no land grabs in South Africa, he LIED. Jacques Broodryk outlines the land invasions and land grabs that have taken place in South Africa and connects the most recent instances to the signing of the Expropriation Act by Ramaphosa. youtu.be/_AOKMZF8t0E?si…

The US Ambassador is Right on South Africa By David Ansara This week, newly appointed American Ambassador to South Africa, Leo Brent Bozell III, caused a diplomatic kerfuffle after a speech he delivered at a conference in the Western Cape. Ambassador Bozell’s grave sin was pointing out the truth about the situation in South Africa. thecommonsense.co.za/Columns/the-us…

🇺🇸🇿🇦 The U.S. Ambassador to South Africa, Brent Bozell, has warned that his country is running out of patience. He said the U.S. put “five asks” to the South African government about a year ago and that there has been no response. The “asks” were that the government: - rethink the Expropriation Act and broad-based black economic empowerment; - condemn the Kill the Boer chant; - prioritise farm murders to protect white farmers; and - be non-aligned. “As I’ve made clear in meetings I’ve had, the U.S. is running out of patience. We believe more and more it becomes a statement by the South African government when it doesn’t want to respond to simple questions we have,” said the ambassador.

Let me then say what the US ambassador ⁦@BrentBozell⁩ is seemingly not allowed to say: "I do not care what the South African court says — the “Kill the Boer” chant, which calls for the killing of Afrikaners and farmers, is hate speech." @afriforum enca.com/top-stories/us…

BRENT BOZELL III - 🇺🇲 AMBASSADOR TO 🇿🇦 I must be frank to you, as USA ambassador to South Africa. I dont like what your ANC and Govt did last week. They cant just insult my president, Donald Trump, for attacking Iran. I dont like what SA did in sending condolences to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. They shouldn't do that. That man was a terrorist. It's only America which must have allies. South Africa must remain non-aligned. They must stay away from enemies of USA. Alec Hogg: Western Cape is not like South Africa. We are different here. The ANC faction of the GNU is problematic to us businesses of WC. Advice us, Mr Ambassador, what must we do!? Brent Bozell 🇺🇲: They must stop singing Dubul'ibhunu! It's a hateful speech. We dont want BBBEE. They must do away with it. I dont like some things here. But I will observe first before I come hard on your government

A powerful speech by @USAmbRSA Amb Bozell III at the Biznews conference today. He affirmed the hand of friendship to South Africa, and cited the magnitude of meaningful investment that already exist. He envisioned further growth and investment in the country. And also… He was direct on the glaring and obvious issues that South Africa face through government inefficiency and corruption. That is also a trademark of the Trump administration, to raise obvious and important issues that exist beneath the surface. He highlighted the many contradictions in the policies of the government of South Africa: BEE enriching the political elite, the non-sensible EWC legislation, imposing race laws that sucks companies dry, hurts businesses and resticts talented people from achieving their potential, etc. And - a very important reference to the continued singing of “Kill the Boer”, and our courts that allowed for that not to be deemed hate speech. He also cautioned that time is running out for a deal with the US. He was constructive and direct 👏👏 Great speech - hopefully government takes note of this solution-seeking approach.

🇺🇸🇿🇦U.S. Ambassador Leo Brent Bozell III Sends Strong Warning to South Africa — Billions in American Investment, But Washington Says Patience Is Running Out ‼️ Relations between United States and South Africa are facing growing tension after the U.S. ambassador Leo Brent Bozell III issued a strong message about the future of diplomatic and economic ties. Bozell pointed out that major American technology companies such as Visa, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon have invested billions of rands in South Africa over the years. According to him, these companies collectively support around 250,000 jobs for South Africans, showing how deeply American investment is connected to the country’s economy. However, the ambassador warned that Washington’s patience is wearing thin. He raised several issues that the U.S. government wants Pretoria to address, including: ◾️Concerns about violence in rural farming communities ◾️The controversial “Kill the Boer” chant, which American officials say fuels tension ◾️Calls for fair land compensation policies ◾️Requests to ease strict ownership requirements under BEE laws ◾️Greater cooperation in the technology and digital sector Diplomatic relations between the two countries have been strained since last year during the Donald Trump administration, @POTUS, when tensions escalated over South Africa’s foreign policy positions toward Iran and Israel. During that period, Washington reportedly halted some aid, introduced tariffs, and expelled diplomats, which further complicated relations. Currently, there is no South African ambassador in Washington, highlighting the depth of the diplomatic rift. Bozell also called on South Africa to practice what he described as “genuine non-alignment” in international politics, suggesting that Pretoria should balance its global partnerships more carefully. Some organisations, including AfriForum, welcomed the ambassador’s direct comments, saying they highlight issues that need attention. But reactions online have been mixed, with many South Africans questioning whether the United States should be issuing warnings to a sovereign country. The situation has sparked a wider debate about foreign investment, sovereignty, land reform, and South Africa’s global alliances. Questions South Africans are asking now: Should South Africa change its policies to protect foreign investment? Is the U.S. interfering in South Africa’s internal affairs? Can Pretoria maintain strong ties with countries like Iran while keeping Western partners happy? Will tensions affect jobs created by American companies in South Africa? For many observers, the big question remains: Is this a diplomatic warning — or the beginning of a deeper political clash between Washington and Pretoria?

.@NYTimes is out to lunch. @POTUS is right to draw attention to government-sponsored race-based discrimination in South Africa. @CyrilRamaphosa and the ANC double down on a racial patronage system that only enriches connected elites while ordinary South Africans struggle and crime and unemployment rank among the world’s worst. These same leaders fail to condemn racial incitement against Afrikaners and offer condolences to the brutal Iranian terrorist regime. Constructively addressing these issues is necessary to reset U.S.-South Africa relations.

It was a privilege to see the U.S. Ambassador to South Africa, @BrentBozell III, again today and to speak with him. He was a speaker at the @BizNewsCOM conference in Hermanus. In his address, Ambassador Bozell emphasized that the “Kill the Boer” chant constitutes hate speech and is unacceptable. Bozell also expressed the United States’ concern about, among other things, rural violence, uncertainty regarding property rights, the negative effects of Black Economic Empowerment on economic growth, and the fact that South Africa does not follow a non-aligned foreign policy. @afriforum will continue to work hard alongside our colleagues in the Solidarity Movement to help address these points of concern in the interest of everyone in the country. We cannot afford for the ANC to gamble with the future of the country’s people and its economy through reckless policy directions and foolish statements. That is precisely why we are fighting full steam ahead to maintain AGOA and to ensure that the country’s people are not punished with tariffs because of the foolish actions of ANC leaders.
