Very excited to share single surgeon experience with PFS-RARP with over 2 years of followup! @ChrisPDall @jbradleymasonmd @ChoudhuryEshu @GarijoMora @egan_jillian26 @jimhumd @UroOnc @UrolOncol sciencedirect.com/science/articl… TL;DR: 1. Increased urinary and overall EPIC-CP QOL continues at 24 months and remains significant at 18 months after adjusted analysis. 2. No statistical difference in overall PSM, even less when quantifying as focal vs. non-focal. Anterior margins most common. Clinical difference? Well…. 3. NO difference in BCR at 2 years (even with higher risk cohort in PFS-RARP group) More to come with ongoing PARTIAL trial!

Well, this is fun! Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to the luncheon, but our vasectomy/urology clinic won the “Most Innovative Clinic” award last week! I LOVE this clinic, have poured my heart and soul into it, and I’m so proud of what we are doing!!!

In my 17+ years with @UTMBUrology I don’t recall an @SCSAUA with more contributions from our group. A testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire team: residents, faculty, students, APP’s, coordinators and admins. Congrats to all!

Wrapping up the @SCSAUA with @efarranUroMD on the winning quiz bowl team and @AdiSrinivasan_ stumping the faculty with a unique case at the T. Leon Howard. It was a great meeting and safe travels home to all!
